3 Survivalist Tips for Camping in the Wild

3 Survivalist Tips for Camping in the Wild

You're a survivalist.

You crave the WILD.  It's why camping is at the top of your to-do list.

All the DAMN TIME.

It's also why we've made a bad-ass list of hacks for camping in the wild. So get ready to CRUSH it as a nomad while scavenging in the wild.

1. Freeze a Gallon of Water to Keep ALL of Your Food Fresh

This is one of our favorite survivalist tips.  A gallon of frozen water lasts MUCH longer than ice cubes.

These jugs take a big chunk of valuable space in your cooler, but a gallon of ice takes a while to melt and can keep your food products cold for a very long time.

2. You Can Light a Fire with Doritos

Doritos are already frickin' awesome.

Each triangle of cheesy goodness adds flare to every meal.

HOWEVER, it can also double as an ingenious fire starter.  Add a layer of Doritos and light a match. Ta-dah!

The tortilla chips catch fire after a couple of attempts!  Also, be careful!  Once the fire takes, it spreads quickly.  All a result of the coat of powdered seasoning.

3. Always Wear a Survival Bracelet

These are indispensable.

Commonly known as a paracord bracelet, they're made of the same meterial as military issued parachutes and other equipment.

These bracelets are physically woven together and can be unraveled for countless uses.

Not to mention, The Ultimate Survivalist Paracord Bracelet has 5 other uses including outdoor life-saving Flint for creating fires, a mini-compass for navigating the wild, a cut rope, knife, and whistle.
